Reporting a new issue
Section titled “Reporting a new issue”If something is not working as expected:
- Note the symptom — what you expected vs. what happened.
- Record the browser, extension version (visible in
chrome://extensions), and OS. - Capture the timestamp and, for admin-side issues, your organization ID (visible in the dashboard URL or Settings page).
- Email support@robostai.com with those details. The more context you include, the faster we can diagnose.
