Known Issues

This page is maintained alongside product releases. Check back here after upgrades, or contact support@robostai.com if you are experiencing unexpected behaviour.

If something is not working as expected:

  1. Note the symptom — what you expected vs. what happened.
  2. Record the browser, extension version (visible in chrome://extensions), and OS.
  3. Capture the timestamp and, for admin-side issues, your organization ID (visible in the dashboard URL or Settings page).
  4. Email support@robostai.com with those details. The more context you include, the faster we can diagnose.
